Shipping Info

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed & no amendments nor cancellations can be made. We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time. This also includes Pre-Order styles.

We offer free shipping on all orders world wide over the value of RM150.00. For all orders under RM150.00 there will be a flat rate delivery fee of RM10.00.

Orders are sent via courier PosLaju. Deliveries are sent using Authority To Leave Without Signature. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for the item.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. If you place an order before 8am business days, your order will be dispatched the same day. If it is placed after 8am business days, if will be dispatched the following day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 2-5 business days Australia wide.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us 0187676955 to obtain your tracking number.
